I have carried out a number projects for Sapient Global Markets, including working with the company to develop, place and draft a series of feature articles. These have appeared in a variety of financial services and energy sector publications. In addition, I have helped create material for the company’s in-house journal, “Crossings, The Journal of Trading and Risk Management”, and have also drafted two white papers for Sapient.
Capco
Capco is a global business and technology consultancy dedicated solely to the financial services industry. Capco specializes in banking, capital markets, wealth and investment management, finance, risk & compliance, and technology. It serves its clients from offices in leading financial centres across North America and
I worked with Capco on a variety of assignments, including placing and drafting a number of feature articles. Coverage appeared in numerous industry publications. I was also involved in the production of a special supplement, “Virtual Roundtable: Offshoring the Management of Trading Applications”, which appeared in Waters Magazine. In addition, I carried out internal communications work for the company.
City Practitioners
Founded in 1995 and privately owned until its acquisition by Capco in 2007, City Practitioners specialized in implementing complex asset trading systems within global financial institutions. I was responsible for City Practitioners' media relations programme, identifying opportunities for comment in key financial sector publications, arranging journalist interviews, as well as placing and drafting feature articles. Articles and interviews appeared in numerous banking and technical journals.
Tradar
Founded in 1996, Tradar supplies software systems to hedge funds, prop desks and family trusts worldwide. I worked with Tradar on its PR programme. I identified opportunities for comment in appropriate publications, arranged journalist interviews, as well as drafted and distributed press releases. I also placed and wrote feature articles. In addition, I drafted the company’s quarterly newsletter, case studies and a white paper “The Multi-Prime Brokerage Environment”.
